HP recently announced that from Wednesday 19th February 2014, there will be restricted access to firmware updates for HP ProLiant servers. Updates will only be available to customers with a valid warranty, HP Care Pack or support agreement.
We’re currently experiencing an increase in the number of enquiries from existing and new customers asking us for clarification about where they stand with regards to these updates. So we’ve put together a simple explanation below about what is and what’s not included.
